Something to Celebrate

Another garland hung for a number of reasons to celebrate or just leave it up all year long to celebrate life. I've created only a few of these, so come early for best selection. They are constructed of pleated cotton fabric, beautiful flocked, handmade and embossed papers, bright ribbons, handmade crepe paper ruffles, all framing the chartreuse, glittered "celebrate" sign.
