Joe Morely's Barbeque

If you live in the Salt Lake City area, Joe Morely's Barbeque must be brought to your attention. It was my first experience there this past Friday night. The owner, Brent Morely, will be the first to tell you it's a funny location [100 West Center Street (7720 S.) in Midvale], but great barbeque. All I'm gonna say is the live bluegrass music on Friday night brought back happy memories of my Grandpa Ray, and the new addition to his menu, Joe's Reuben (using the restaraunt's own smoked corned beef on sourdough with mustard and kraut)...oh my goodness, absolutely divine. Personally, I loved the creme or rootbeer floats, but a house favorite is the mudpie for your sweet ending. And Brent, well, Brent is as good a boy as they come. Go here for a pdf of the menu to see all your options!

Author's Note: I have not been compensated in any way for this posting, nor have I been asked to blog about it, it's just my honest (and not a bit biased) opinion.
